Never mind that although he didn’t win the Super Bowl last year, he was named MVP.  Forget about the fact that he threw for 500+ yards and 4 TD’s during last night’s season opener against Miami for the win.  Superhuman QB Tom Brady of the New England Patriots has teamed up with UGG Australia and Hip Hop Renaissance Man Mos Def to create the ultimate shoe commercial.

People had instant jokes when they heard he was the UGG spokesperson.  But the reality is… The fuzzy boot that women around the world have abused is really just a slipper.  UGG Australia has a whole line of shoes, leather goods and other boots that don’t resemble crabby patties.

The commercial finally aired during last night’s Miami/New England game.  Having Tom Brady walk the streets to the tune of Mos Def’s “Better Than” is just cool.  The tone, concept and vision of this commercial is a great one. It certainly makes me want to see my man in a pair of these ASAP! Take a look…
